We use it for one purpose: to value the property and send you a written offer. We run no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics, and we do not build profiles or score you.
Address suggestions are fetched through our own server, not from your browser. Your IP address is never sent to the mapping provider — only the partial text you typed.
We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not trade it to lead brokers or data resellers. We disclose it only to the title company or closing attorney handling your transaction, to service providers that host our site and deliver our email under contract, to an assignee once a transaction is proceeding (you are told who, in writing, before closing), and where the law requires it.
We follow the federal TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state telemarketing rules. Calls are placed only between 8am and 8pm local time. We do not use autodialed or pre-recorded calls without prior express written consent. We scrub against the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state do-not-call lists before any outbound call, and if we contact you first it is normally by mail. Reply STOP to any text, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any email, and it stops.
Enquiries that do not become a transaction: up to 24 months from your
last contact, then deleted.
Completed transactions: 7 years, matching federal and state tax and real-property
record-keeping requirements.
Whatever state you are in, you can ask us to:
Email privacy@starthingvalley.com. We respond within 45 days and there is no charge. We may need to verify your identity first so that we do not disclose your information to someone else. If we decline a request we will tell you why, and you may appeal by replying to that decision.
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws — including Texas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others — have these rights by statute, and we extend the same handling to everyone regardless of state.
The site is served over HTTPS under a strict content-security policy. Form submissions are size-capped and rate-limited. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to prepare your offer.
This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes we will update the effective date above, and note material changes on the homepage.
